i am having a good day today.
-i have already drunk 2.5L of water
-i haven't eaten anything that i shouldn't
-i went for a walk at lunch time
-it is cool enough for sydney boys to start wearing scarves
- i am going shopping on saturday. new clothes and smiggle ahoy!

My good day was yesterday.
- ate well all day
- MrPants bought me lunch
- weather was lovely
- work was cruisy
However, today was decidedly average. Boo.
