bastard

on the weekend when i logged on to my internet banking, i noticed that my credit card wasn't listed in the accounts section next to my normal bank account and my direct saver where it normally is. i thought it was weird. but didn't actually do anything about it. i'm lazy like that.

i used my credit card on the weekend, and again on wednesday night. the payments when through with no problems at all.

today is payday, and i have interweb banking setup to make a payment to my credit card every payday. i got an email this morning telling me that my scheduled payment didn't go through because the account number was wrong/didn't exist.

when i called my bank, they explained that because they had received returned mail about my account, they had suspended my credit card.  i had updated my address details on the interwebs, but their net-banking is so shitty that it didn't go through. and if it was suspended, and had presumably been suspended since the weekend, how come i was able to use it, but i couldn't make payments to it. what a rip off.
